Success Plans by PERSONAS

Not sure if you have realized this, but when I’ve worked with my customers, to get an upsell (upgrade their current software license) I always have to think about who is the PERSONA

📌 To increase your customer scope you have to be EMPATHETIC with them, you have think like them so you need to know WHO THEIR ARE. Your PERSONA is a seller?, a buyer?, a Project Manager?, Procurement Manager, CX Director, Partner, Insurance Agent, Operation Analyst… WHO?

💪🏼 According to what PERSONA or PERSONAS you are working with, is how you will position your Success Plan, their Roadmap, your Best Practices. Because also you will try to speak the same language to match the platform capabilities with their use cases.
