Be careful when using AI for Customer Success

It is noticed that everybody is using AI for their own benefit and of course you should use it but here some tips to use it properly and in a secure mode:

1- Never ever insert personal or company related information

2- Don't use it for official documents, papers etc

3- Overthink the results critically with your own experiences

4- Avoid saving your chat history. ChatGPT, by default, stores all interactions between users and the chatbot.

5- Use Data Anonymization Techniques (Patient001, +-6years, age between 20-30, 555-XXX-XXX)

Always use technology responsibly
