Build a 3Years plan to achieve Opportunities Won as a CSM or help to your CSM team to do it.
Some customers are easy to determine if they need more, but sometimes you need to work with them building that need. "I built up the business brick by brick''. So, you will start to plan future use cases, show what is trending in their industry, presenting to them use cases that are far away from their current reality but you know that in 1 or 2 years they will be ready for that. I don't plan just my current year, I plan my Current + 2 years and based on that I start working very patiently in their long term value roadmap.
